We organize the annual Wyoming Buddy Walk® and implement numerous projects that further our mission.

25TH ANNUAL WYOMING BUDDY WALK

Pre-registration now available until August 27th!
Pre-registration is $20 for adults (18 and up) and $10 for youth (17 and under).
9:00 am
Buddy Walk begins at the bandshell with a variety of carnival games, carnivals snacks, and live music.
10:15 am
Walk around Washington Park and return to the bandshell for lunch.
12:00 pm
Event will conclude providing enough time for people to attend the football game and UW festivities.
"The annual observance of World Down Syndrome Day aims to raise awareness of what Down syndrome is, what it means to have Down syndrome, and how people with Down syndrome play a vital role in our lives and communities. The date for WDSD, the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome.
