Using the resources provided by the annual Wyoming Buddy Walk and other grants and donations, WyDSA provides education, information, networking opportunities and support for families and individuals with Down syndrome in the state of Wyoming.

Wyoming Down Syndrome Family Conference
The book "Choosing Naia: A Family’s Journey" was donated to Wyoming public libraries. The book was donated in 2004 to honor October as Down Syndrome Awareness Month in Wyoming. The goal of the donation was to help get information to people with Down syndrome and their families, as well as to the general public.
On February 24, 2007 WyDSA traveled to Rock Springs and invited families to join us for a half day education session. The day included an introduction to WyDSA and the Wyoming Buddy Walk and a session titled “Taking the confusion out of the ICAP and Waiver.” This information was presented by Dave Heath from the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities.
